Lobbyist and conservative activist Grover Norquist is scheduled to be the special guest Thursday at the 2nd Scotch and Cigars Fundraiser for the One Nation PAC. Norquist is the founder of the Americans for Tax Reform and the creator of the Taxpayer Protection Pledge.
